The curiosity of Toyota lovers will be the latest Camry display finally satisfied. The best-selling sedan in the American market is officially slid at the automotive exhibition Detroit Auto Show 2017.
Quoting Carscoops, Tuesday (10/1/2017) All-new Camry display this time quite much different from previous models that appear in 2011, as well as facelift it in 2014. Adopt a new design language, Camry looks more sporty, with lines a strong and sharp body.
The car body is close to the road surface and with a lower hood, as well as cutting the body profile slimmer without sacrificing interior space.
This sporty theme continues into the interior of the car with a more spacious driver room. The cabin also promises a more luxurious look and feel premium shades, equipped with a touch of soft material on the seat, as well as ergonomic design.
The new Camry is built from the globla platform, Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA), which is claimed to use steel with higher strength, as well as new molding technology to enhance structural rigidity, without adding too much weight.
As a complement, also pinned standard safety features, ranging from pre-collision system, pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and correction, automatic high-beam assist, and ten airbags.
The new Camry enters the eighth generation, with three engine options, without turbocharged (as previously reported). Starting from a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and 3.5-liter V6, mated to a new 8-speed automatic transmission.
