Overview

Explosion-proof integrative vibration transmitter DB-ZD-Exd is a vibration measuring system by integrating 

the magnetoelectric vibration sensor and precision

measuring circuit together, it is designed specially for long-term and continuous conditions monitoring for 

the various rotating machineries under severe environment. 

The transmitter can convert the speed effective value or displacement peak value of vibration 

into 4~20mA current output in two-wires system or three-wires system. Its current output can be sent directly to the PLC or DCS system for the local display.

Explosion-proof properties of the transmitter conform to the national standard of “GB3836.1-2000

 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres Part 1: General requirements” and “GB3836.2-2000 

Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres Part 2: Flameproof enclosure “d”.
